By downloading, installing, or using Mind Prism, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of Service
Mind Prism is a mobile application that provides:
- Access to AI language models through third-party providers
- A unified chat interface for interacting with multiple AI models
- Optional credit-based payment system for API usage
- Local storage of chat history on your device
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
You may create an account using your email address or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information during registration
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
3.2 Account Termination
You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the App to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Generate content that exploits minors
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these guidelines.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Credits
You may purchase credits to use our managed API service. Credits are:
- Non-refundable except where required by law
- Non-transferable between accounts
- Consumed based on AI model token usage
5.2 Pricing
Token costs vary by AI model. The App displays estimated costs before sending messages. Actual costs may vary slightly based on response length.
5.3 Your Own API Key
Alternatively, you may use your own OpenRouter API key. In this case, you are responsible for charges incurred directly with OpenRouter.
6. Third-Party Services
Mind Prism uses third-party services to provide AI functionality:
- OpenRouter — Routes requests to AI model providers
- AI Providers — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others
Your use of AI models is also subject to the respective provider's terms of service and acceptable use policies. We are not responsible for the output or behavior of third-party AI models.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Rights
The App, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Mind Prism and protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create using the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the service.
7.3 AI-Generated Content
Ownership and usage rights for AI-generated content may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI model provider.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Accuracy or reliability of AI model responses
- That the App will meet your specific requirements
- Availability of specific AI models at all times
AI models may produce inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate content. You are responsible for verifying any information obtained through the App.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIND PRISM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from AI model outputs
- Actions taken based on AI-generated content
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mind Prism from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
12. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features without notice
- Update pricing for credits
- Change available AI models based on provider availability
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
